Usability Results
This app was tested with 7 users, 6 male and 1 female, all between ages 18 to 27

We thing the gender disparity is not a problem on testing, as both genders should interact with the app the same. Age disparaty could be a problem as overall tech disdrexity is more common on younger adults, but, other questions will highligh the different experience level between testers on road assistance apps.

Some of our testers are on the probationary period of their driver's license, and there is a good distribution between drivers experience on road assistance apps. With this, we can test the app for all personas (Experienced, Regular and Beginner Drivers).
Active Tasks
Task 1

Users gave this task a moderatelly easy difficulty. We suspect users were still not familiar with the overall layout, and some had a difficult time identifying the "settings" button, which could have resulted on a lower than expected score
Task 2

Users gave this task an easy difficulty. But one had trouble indentifying the weather button as clickable.
Task 3

Users gave this task an easy difficulty. As on tasks 1 users already indentified the settings button, they completed this tasks with ease.
Task 4

This was the hardest tasks of the test. Some users took some time to realize the audio emoji was a toggle.
Observer Analysis

Overall, users had low difficulty completing the tasks, and taking a low amount of time to do so. Tests reflect an overall 10 to 22 seconds for each on average, and we suspect it will be lowear when users are familiar with the app. Users also had a low error rate for each task, with less than one error on average for each, except for task one, in which one user had a high amount of errors trying to indentify the settings button.
Passive Tasks
Testers found the alerts to be undestrandable or very understandable, but gave feedback on how they could be better.
SUS Score
Our System Usability Scale score was 88.18.
This reflects and overall great usability. However, is important to be aware that users were not actually on the road, which could affect overall usability. We also only tested 7 young adults. With a wider age range and more testers results could have differ.
