SO Strategy (Strengths + Opportunities)
- Action: Leverage our Native AAOS Integration (S) and the AAOS Market Growth (O) to position the app as a specialized "Smart City" out-of-the-box solution for OEMs. Instead of competing with mobile apps, we market the software as a native V2X safety layer that integrates directly with IoT infrastructures.
ST Strategy (Strengths + Threats)
- Action: Use our Hyper-Local Safety Intelligence (S) to combat Big Tech Competition (T). Giant navigation apps (Waze/TomTom) rely on delayed crowdsourced data. We can explicitly market the app's unique capability to provide instantaneous, sensor-verified warnings (e.g., the overtaking assistant) that fundamentally outpaces crowdsourced data in life-saving reactivity.
WO Strategy (Weaknesses + Opportunities)
- Action: Overcome our Zero Brand Recognition (W) by capitalizing on Smart City Initiatives (O). We can partner directly with the Aveiro Municipality or Portugal 2030 mobility programs. By becoming an "Official City Partner" for traffic safety, we gain instant credibility and user adoption without needing a huge marketing budget.
WT Strategy (Weaknesses + Threats)
- Action: To protect against our Area-Constrained Operation (W) and API Pricing Volatility (T), we will need a robust offline caching and fallback mechanisms. If ITAv sensors drop or MapTiler blocks our API key, the app must gracefully degrade into a standard, cached offline map rather than crashing, ensuring the driver is never left "blind".
